Park Speed Limit is walking pace throughout the park at all times. NO Exceptions
We consider ourselves to be a family friendly park where bicycles are permitted. However, it is essential that helmets be worn at all times. For safety reasons no bicycles are to be ridden after dark
Park Management must be notified at the time of booking if you wish to bring your Pet to make sure they comply with our guidelines. Pets are NOT permitted in Park Owned Cabins and Amenities at any time
For the comfort of all guests, no undue noise is permitted between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Excessive noise and rowdy parties will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any such behavior may result in eviction from these premises
BBQ and Camp Fire Areas MUST be vacated by 10.30pm
Other Campfires are not permitted within the grounds of the caravan Park.
Solid fuel BBQs are NOT permitted. Gas and electric BBQs only
The person whose name is on the receipt is responsible for all members of their party and guests.
No person is to behave or speak in a manner which may be offensive to others
All facilities are to be treated with care and respect
Customers or their Visitors must not enter a site, other than their own, without permission
Customers and their Visitors must not interfere with other Customers and their Visitors
Ball games are to be played on the grass near the playground only. They are not to be played in the raised area of the playground, in or around the amenities block or within close proximity of a dwelling. Playground equipment is to be used in the proper manner and in accordance with any rules specific to particular apparatus and used during daylight hours
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee particular numbered sites and cabins
Only one car per site. If you have a 2nd vehicle that you would like to park on site please discuss this when making your booking. Vehicles are not to be driven over, or parked on, vacant sites
Linen in the cabins is provided on the master bed only. Additional linen may be hired at reception for an additional fee
Please leave your cabin in a tidy state, wash and put away all dishes and place rubbish in the bins provided throughout the Park. If the cabin is found to be left in an unacceptable state, a $200 excess cleaning fee may be charged
No fish or bait is to be put in bins. It is the customer's duty to dispose of them outside the park. Fish are not to be cleaned in the Cabins or Camp Kitchen sinks
Cars and Boats are not to be washed on site. There is a Boat and Car wash facility located in the main street of Yarram
Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk; children must not play on the top bunk
All Park Owned accommodation units are strictly NON-SMOKING. Please discard cigarettes in the ashtrays provided outside of each cabin. Smoking is not permitted in the amenities, camp kitchen, laundry, or within 10 metres of the children's playground
All persons enter the Park at their own risk and are responsible for their possessions and vehicles
Refunds will not be given for early departure
Prices are subject to change without notice
Trees around the Park are inspected regularly however, trees and branches may still fall from time to time. Persons entering the Park do so at their own risk. No responsibility will be accepted for personal or property damage caused by falling trees or branches
Children must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the showers, toilets and camp kitchen
Management reserves the right to Evict Guests who do not comply with Park Rules
