Cancellation / Refund Policy:
Non-Peak Periods:
Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $20.00 cancellation fee.
For Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the first nights tariff may be retained.
The same cancellation requirements as indicated above apply to Group bookings (2 or more on-site accommodation), however 30 days notice must be given in this case.
Peak Periods: School holidays, long weekends, public holidays and local special events.

Some rates or packages may not be changed and/or cancelled and will be advised in the individual conditions at the time of booking and on your confirmation.
G’day Members will be given a 10% discount (capped at $50) for bookings applied to their site/cabin only. One discount per site/cabin only. Dual discounts will not be applied.
No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations once arrived.
Non-refundable Credits may be held for a period of 12 months from cancelled arrival date.
The following: is a non-exclusive list of reasons for not extending credit or refunds: ill-health, cancellation of event, wedding or special occasion, Covid, attending exposure sites, being a close contact, inclement weather, or car trouble. Travel insurance is a recommendation for your stay.
Bookings can be moved without penalty (dependent on revised booking period).
Deposits:
All Non-Peak periods a deposit of one nights tariff, prior to discounts, must be paid in order to secure the booking.
School holidays, long weekends, public holidays, local special events and Group Bookings (2 or more on-site accommodation) a deposit of 1 nights tariff must be paid in advance with full payment required 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
Summer School Holidays require payment in full by November 30.
Payments made using credit card will incur a 1.1% fee. Monies can be paid using Direct Credit, Credit Card or Pay by Link.

We pride ourselves on providing the cleanest amenities we can for our guests and provide hand sanitiser throughout the Park. We abide, and expect our guests to abide, by all relevant Victorian Government regulations regarding Covid-19. Covid-19 related cancellations please refer to above cancellation policy.
