If you require a an After Hours Check-In please contact the Office on 03 5182 5063 to discuss details. Full payment must be made prior to check-in.

Please note that some Peak Periods, Long Weekends, Weekends (cabins) and Local Special Events are subject to minimum night’s stay. Please inquire as to minimum nights on booking.

Cabins are only bookable for a 2 night minimum stay online. Should you require a 1 night stay, please inquire by calling 03 5182 5063. Conditions apply with regard to availability.

 Arrival Times:

  • Check in is available from 2pm

  • Should you arrive prior to these times and your room/site is not available, you are welcome to use the park facilities;

  • Where your expected arrival time is after 5.00pm, please contact us to make arrangements.

        Departure Times:

  • Accommodation (Including En Suite Sites) check out is by 10am and

    11am for Powered Sites.

  • Time Extensions may be arranged with prior notice and subject to availability. Please contact us on 03 5182 5063 to discuss your specific needs. (Additional fees may apply.

        Other Information:

  • Cabins are fully self contained. If your stay exceeds 7 days a service will be provided. We provide an introductory pack of tea, coffee, sugar, UHT milk and soap. All cabins have linen provided including towels and hand towel. Cabins are not serviced, however, should you wish to refresh your towels you can do so at Reception for a small fee.

  • There is only one car per site. If you have additional cars, trailers or boats they                      must be parked in our Visitor Car Park area at the front of the park or elsewhere by              arrangement with Management.

  • All children (Under 16) must be accompanied, and actively supervised, by a person over 18 within the Pool Facility. No life guard is present.

  • Dogs are welcome within the Park in accordance with the our Dog Policy, however  no dog is permitted inside the Cabins (Pet Friendly Cabins excepted) or Park Facilities.

  • All Cabins and Indoor Entertainment Areas are Non-Smoking. (Fees will be incurred for breaches of this)

  • All children (Under 16) must be accompanied, and actively supervised, by a person over 18 within the Pool Facility. No life guard is present.

  • Camp Fires are not permitted within the park other than Our Fire Pit, within the BBQ area.

  • Bookings can be moved without penalty (dependent on revised booking period).

  • Only 1 promotional/membership offer can be redeemed on any booking.

  • Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry into The Yarram Holiday Park. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances.

  • If requested we will endeavor to hold a particular cabin/site, however we reserve the right to move your booking to an equivalent cabin/site category for the same period

  • Lost or damaged keys will be charged a fee of minimum $20. Higher fees may be applicable.

  • Lost property will be returned, on request, at a minimum cost of $20. Higher fees may be applicable.

    When accepting a booking with the Yarram Holiday Park you are agreeing to abide by the Parks’ Terms and Conditions and also the Victorian Government Regulations at the time of booking.
