Assistance Animals Policy:

• If you intend to be accompanied by an Assistance Animal, please advise our staff of this upon booking and prior to your arrival.

• Assistance Animals are permitted to stay with you in all of our cabins and are permitted within our facilities.

• Evidence of accreditation or appropriate training must be supplied:

  (a)  an assistance animal; and

  (b) trained to meet appropriate levels of hygiene and behaviour. 

  An animal without the relevant documentation will be subject to the rules and requirements of our Pet Policy.

• The Assistance Animal must remain under your, or another person’s control, and must not cause nuisance or excessive barking.

• Assistance Animal Owners are personally, and financially responsible, for any personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions by or because of their Assistance Animal
